Dr. Kara Lefevre, Ecology & Environmental Studies, Florida Gulf Coast University
Welcome to the Avian Biodiversity and Ecology Lab at FGCU. Our research group studies consequences of disturbance dynamics for the population and community ecology of birds, including how landscape change affects their distributions, movements, and roles in ecosystem functioning. I am always on the lookout for independent, motivated students to join my lab, and community partners interested in collaborating on research. Please email me to discuss ideas or opportunities.
